Delete your ChirpTrio account

You can permanently delete your ChirpTrio account and associated data inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email without reinstalling it.

Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone and may remove shared ChirpTrio conversation history from the other participant’s account.

Delete immediately in the app

Open ChirpTrio and sign in.
Open Settings.
Select Account & Security.
Select Delete Account.
Enter your password and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address associated with your ChirpTrio account. Include your ChirpTrio username if known. Never send us your password. We may reply to verify account ownership before processing the request. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days.

If the button does not open your email app, send the request directly to privacy@chirptrio.com.

Data deleted

Deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account, profile, username, contacts, conversations, messages, stored profile and chat photos, push tokens, preferences, blocks, PTT connections, and related private account data from the active ChirpTrio service.

Limited records that may be retained

Safety reports, selected report evidence, moderation and audit records, PTT session metadata, number-release records, or records under a legal hold may be retained only as reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, or legal compliance. We delete or de-identify retained records when no longer reasonably needed. Infrastructure providers may also maintain short-lived, inaccessible backup or soft-deletion copies before final erasure.
