Acceptable Use Policy
Effective September 12, 2026 · Version 2026-09-12
ChirpTrio is for lawful, consensual communication between adults. This policy applies to messages, photos, profile content, PTT, usernames, reports, and every other use of the service.
Do not harm or exploit people
Do not threaten, stalk, harass, bully, extort, intimidate, dox, traffic, exploit, or promote violence against anyone. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, and attempts to obtain or distribute such material are strictly prohibited. We may preserve evidence and report suspected crimes or child exploitation to appropriate authorities or reporting organizations.
Do not send illegal or unwanted content
Do not send spam, scams, fraudulent offers, deceptive links, malware, hateful content, unwanted sexual material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Do not continue contacting someone who has asked you to stop.
Do not impersonate or evade safeguards
Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, conceal illegal conduct, evade a user’s block, bypass account restrictions, create replacement accounts to continue abuse, or interfere with reporting and moderation tools.
Do not attack or misuse the service
Do not scrape user data, automate account creation or bulk messaging, probe accounts or infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer protected components, overload or disrupt the service, distribute malicious code, misuse credentials or tokens, or use ChirpTrio to facilitate unlawful activity.
Reporting and emergencies
Use the in-app controls to block unwanted contact and report spam, scams, harassment, or other abuse. Reports may include your explanation, selected message evidence, and limited surrounding conversation context available to authorized moderators for investigation. You may also contact support@chirptrio.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services using a supported telephone service; ChirpTrio is not an emergency service.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, content or feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, preservation of relevant evidence, and reports to service providers, reporting organizations, or authorities. Enforcement may occur without advance notice when necessary to address urgent harm, security risk, or legal obligations. Attempts to evade enforcement are separate violations.
